USPS is our preferred shipping vendor for shipments up to 2K in value. Unless otherwise communicated, all orders over 2K are shipped UPS ground, those under are shipped via USPS.
Handbag deliveries will not require signature confirmation unless specified. Jewelry deliveries will always require signature confirmation so please make sure to provide an appropriate address for package deliveries. You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. Please note that COVID-19 has created the need for contactless delivery. While we request signature confirmation, it is ultimately at the discretion of the carrier.
We wish that we could ship within 2 business days, but realistically, we are a compact outfit that generally cuts to order. For in-stock leather goods, we will ship goods within 2 business days. Jewelry will ship within 7 business days, unless made to order. If you need your items sooner, feel free to send us an email with your request. We will try our best to meet your needs.
DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS:
If, for any reason, an item is on backorder, you will be notified of status and shipping date via email. Most backorders ship within 2-4 weeks.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
For our leather goods, we accept returns on all full-price orders and for our jewelry, we will issue a store credit less shipping and a 20% restocking fee on all full-price orders that arrive back in our Los Angeles shipping office within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund less shipping charges.

All items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.
Orders are billed in US dollars & shipped by FedEx at their international rates. If FedEx does not delivery to your location, we will use USPS International and shipping will be charged at their corresponding rate.
Additionally, international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
